What does my certificate get?
Once you redeem the certificate that your teacher gave you, you will be sent an email with a promo code. This code is good for 2 free games of laser tag that can be redeemed at any Laser City location.
Can I book the games in advance?
Yes - you can book in advance. To prebook tickets to specific games, give us a call at one of our locations. You can find the phone numbers on our "Contact Us" pages. Drop ins are also welcome - we'll put you in the next available game with space in it.

Does my certificate expire?
Your certificate does not expire. However, once you have redeemed for your promo code, you have 30 days to use it.
Can I use the free Laser Tag games for a class trip or party?
The games can't be used as a class trip, nor can they be used for any other event such as a birthday party. Feel free to redeem the games of laser tag during regular business hours - no need to book ahead of time.
